Job summary

Anteryon B.V. in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is seeking a QHSE Engineer to ensure and continuously improve the quality of products, processes and services.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective actions. You will support the broader QHSE activities, including environmental, health and safety, with opportunities to develop across topics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related quality role.
  • Good understanding of quality management principles and problem-solving methods.
  • Experience with customer complaints, root cause analysis, 8D, RCA or CAPA is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 14001.
  • Basic knowledge of environmental, health and safety principles; experience in these areas is a plus.
  • Knowledge of REACH, RoHS and PFAS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication in English and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn across different QHSE topics.

  • Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, RCA and CAPA.
  • Work with internal teams to investigate quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve quality procedures, documentation and records.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on resulting actions.
  • Contribute to environmental, health and safety activities and the identification of related risks and improvements.

The job

As a QHSE Engineer, you help ensure and continuously improve the quality of our products, processes and services. You work closely with customers and internal teams to investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

You will be involved in customer quality activities such as complaint handling, root cause analysis and 8D investigations. You will work closely with Production, R&D, Engineering and other teams to develop sustainable solutions.

In addition, you will support the broader QHSE team with quality, environmental, health and safety activities. This is a broad role offering the opportunity to work across different QHSE topics and further develop your expertise.

You report to the QHSE Manager.

We are looking for
