Job summary

TECCURO is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to monitor and improve quality, health, safety and environmental standards within the organization. This role is part-time (≈24 hours/week) with flexibility in final hours and a focus on practical policy implementation.

You will maintain RI&E, identify risks on project locations, and drive improvement plans while ensuring compliance with local regulations. A proactive, communicative professional is expected to contribute to an informal, collaborative

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar QHSE role.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills to support the organization.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and implement policy within the organization.
• Improve quality, health, safety and environmental performance and report to management.
• Maintain the RI&E and identify risks and opportunities at project locations.
• Create improvement plans and supervise their implementation.
• Promote awareness and have a proactive attitude in quality, health, safety and the environment.
• Keep up to date with local laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
