Kolmer Electric Motors (UK) Ltd is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to safeguard quality, safety and environmental standards across our technical operations in the Netherlands. You will coordinate the ISO framework, audits and CAPA processes, guiding colleagues and ensuring continuous improvement.

The role offers 28-36 hours per week with flexible scheduling, a proactive environment and opportunities to drive practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level (HBO) preferred in Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with ISO standards and audits.
• Experience in technical and/or logistics environments.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Affinity with technology and process insight.
• Certifications such as MVK, internal auditor or VCA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the integrated ISO management system (9001 / 14001 / 45001).
• Prepare and guide internal and external audits.
• Draft and update procedures, work instructions and process descriptions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly quality reports.
• Coordinate CAPA and 8D reports and root cause analyses.
• Monitor safety and environmental activities (RI&E, incident analyses).
• Oversee quality progress and report to customers in case of complaints or returns.

QHSE Coordinator / Quality & Safety Coordinator

As a QHSE Coordinator, you ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards within our organization are well structured, safeguarded and continuously improved. You have a coordinating and advisory role and work closely with colleagues from different disciplines.

What does a QHSE Coordinator do?

In this role, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the QHSE policy. Your tasks include:

• Managing and further developing the integrated ISO management system (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
• Preparing and guiding internal and external audits
• Drafting and updating procedures, work instructions and process descriptions
• Preparing and analyzing monthly quality reports
• Monitoring reporting related to:
• Incoming and outgoing inspections
• Incoming goods (including feedback to the factory and alignment with procurement)
• Diagnostic and deviation reports
• Coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Preparing and reviewing 8D reports and root cause analyses
• Monitoring quality reporting towards customers in case of complaints or returns
• Coordinating safety and environmental activities such as risk assessments (RI&E), incident analyses and improvement actions

You are not responsible for carrying out operational inspections or handling complaints yourself, but you oversee the quality and progress of the entire process.
