Job summary

Girasol in Breda is seeking a dedicated QESH Coordinator to advance quality, safety and product compliance across the organization. You will manage and develop the quality and safety policy, maintain the quality system, and ensure adherence to applicable certifications and regulations.

Responsibilities include implementing and improving the quality management system, maintaining standards such as ISO 22716, FSSC 22000 and ISO 13485, coordinating internal and external audits, updating the quality

Qualifications

• A HBO/WO degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or Quality Management.
• Experience with cGMP, ISO 22716 and/or FSSC 22000.
• Knowledge of quality management, QA and document control.
• Familiar with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Auditing and process optimization experience is a plus.
• Experience with product and quality documentation is a plus.
• Independent, meticulous and solutions oriented.
• Good communication skills and planning ability.
• Collaborative and able to work in a flat organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system.
• Manage standards and certifications including ISO 22716, FSSC 22000 and ISO 13485.
• Prepare, guide and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Keep the quality manual and related documentation up to date.
• Oversee product safety and national/international regulations.
• Monitor compliance with the Arb law (Arbowet).
• Execute and follow RI&E and BHV plans.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Advise colleagues and management on quality, safety and regulatory matters.
