NES Fircroft is seeking a QC Microbiologist III to join a Quality Control Microbiology team of 20+ analysts. This role blends laboratory responsibilities with ownership of quality systems activities, including investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.

You will support laboratory operations, act as a laboratory coordinator, and guide Micro I and II analysts, while ensuring compliance with GMP. The position offers a dynamic environment and opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field.
• 6+ years in Microbiology labs or Environmental Monitoring.
• Experience with microbiological techniques: Air Monitoring, water testing, surface monitoring, Gram staining and genus/species ID.
• Aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulations and QC processes.
• Experience managing deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs.

We are looking for a QC Microbiologist III to join a Quality Control Microbiology team of 20+ analysts with different levels of seniority. This position combines laboratory responsibilities with ownership of quality systems activities, including investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.

As part of the QC Microbiology team, you will support laboratory operations, serve as a laboratory coordinator, and act as the first point of contact for the laboratory team while providing guidance to Micro I and Micro II analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor INVAs.
• Delegate tasks and lead Micro II and Micro I analysts.
• Inform and elevate issues to Team Leads.
• Manage Change Controls.
• Manage CAPAs.
• Support and perform laboratory work.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related area of expertise.
• More than 6 years of Microbiology laboratory and/or Environmental Monitoring experience.
• Experience with microbiological techniques, including: Air Monitoring, water testing, surface monitoring, genus and species identification of microorganisms, gram staining
• Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulations and Quality Control processes
• Experience managing deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs.

Working Schedule

This position follows a standard working schedule:
