Job summary

Progressive is seeking a hands-on QA Specialist to support and improve quality systems, documentation, and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work with Production and Operations to ensure products are manufactured to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will handle deviations, CAPAs, change controls, document management, and audits, while contributing to continuous improvement and training colleagues on quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, QC, Compliance, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document management.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
• Assist with internal audits and follow-up actions.
• Support batch record review and product release activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.

For one of our Life Science clients - we are currently searching for a QA specialist

Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and eager to make an impact in a regulated manufacturing environment? We are looking for a hands-on QA Specialist to support and improve our quality systems, documentation, and compliance processes. In this role, you will work closely with Production, Operations, and other departments to ensure products are manufactured in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Support quality processes such as deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document management
• Review and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records
• Assist with internal audits and follow-up actions
• Support batch record review and product release activities

What we're looking for

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
• GMP, FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, or validation experience is beneficial but not required
