QA/QC Specialist

The Role:

As a QA/QC Specialist, your focus is on safety and quality management. You will support all phases of a project: tender, engineering, procurement, production, and service. You’ll regularly visit both our own locations and those of suppliers abroad.

As a QC Specialist, you will:

• Conduct quality inspections and audits internally and at suppliers, including follow-up
• Write inspection, testing, and repair plans
• Co-develop quality plans for projects
• Support the QC teams at our production sites in Poland and China
• Perform audits at production locations, including follow-up
• Co-develop inspection forms
• Provide input during the tender/sales phase
• Propose improvements to the QHSE manager
• Help shape the QHSE platform
• Regularly carry out HSE workplace inspections

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge and experience with audits, both product and process-related
• Material and product knowledge is a plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Proactive in acquiring knowledge to solve technical problems
• Maritime/shipbuilding knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with the RDrive software tool is a plus
• A strong sense of independence
