Job summary

Falcon Green are seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance on hyperscale data centre projects across Germany and the Netherlands. You will work with project teams, subcontractors and clients to maintain high quality standards from design through to handover.

The role requires a strong M&E background with CSA experience, the ability to drive QA across multi-site scopes, and excellent communication to coordinate audits, documentation and meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC standards, procedures, and processes across project sites.
• Develop and manage quality plans, inspection/test plans, manuals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure quality requirements are submitted, approved, and delivered per project programmes.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC matters.
• Ensure all project documentation, certification, and quality records are completed and reviewed before handover.
• Chair and coordinate quality meetings with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage document control processes and ensure documentation is updated and distributed.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of hyperscale data centre projects across Germany and the Netherlands.

As QA/QC Manager, you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and construction through to commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will have previous experience on large-scale data centre projects and a strong understanding of CSA, mechanical, and electrical installations.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Strong report writing and documentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
