Job summary

Levy Global is seeking a Test/QA Domain Expert to standardise testing maturity across the organisation. The role focuses on guiding test methodologies, processes, tooling and implementation, while providing structure and support to development teams.

You will communicate standards, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the testing community to achieve fewer production issues and shorter test phases.

Qualifications

• Academic education combined with relevant professional experience in Test/QA.
• Hands-on experience with test methodologies, tools, processes and implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Standardise test processes, tooling and reporting across all levels of testing.
• Lead the Test/QA community, gather feedback and incorporate it into testing standards and practices.
• Monitor test metrics and trends, identify anomalies and take timely corrective action.
• Support development teams in adopting standardised testing processes and tools.
• Drive measurable improvements in testing maturity, resulting in fewer production issues, greater change confidence and shorter test phase lead times.
