Job summary

Harver seeks a senior QA Manager to own quality across all platforms, setting strategy, guiding a team of QA Engineers, and championing automated testing frameworks. You will push quality left in discovery, define acceptance criteria and contracts, and scale AI-assisted quality pipelines to support rapid product growth.

You will lead incident responses from a quality lens, monitor production health, and build scalable standards that raise the bar for every release.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing QA Engineers.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Postgres.
• Fluency with AI-assisted engineering.
• Deep automation expertise with test automation.
• Experience owning test architecture and contracts.
• Strong production-health instincts and monitoring.
• Ability to escalate independently and drive improvements.
• Builder mindset to scale quality through systems and people.

Responsibilities

• Own quality across every platform Harver supports — set strategy and a current view of quality with improvement plans.
• Lead and grow the QA function — manage engineers, coach, direct, and build a high-performing team.
• Shift quality left — integrate QA into discovery and shape requirements before engineering.
• Own acceptance criteria and test contracts as the backbone of quality.
• Own and evolve the test automation architecture and tooling.
• Drive production health across platforms — monitor signals, track bugs, and publish health scores.
• Lead incident response from a quality lens and drive root-cause analysis.
• Configure and maintain AI-assisted quality pipelines across the delivery lifecycle.
