Job summary

ING Mortgages offers a Master internship to research and improve Quality Assurance practices across development teams. You will analyze QA processes, compare with best practices, and design an objective framework for measuring QA maturity.

You will transform research findings into practical solutions by defining metrics, automating data collection, and building dashboards that provide actionable insights. The internship is 4–6 months, with a 700 EUR monthly allowance based on a 36-hour work

Qualifications

• Master's student in a relevant field, able to relate research to industry practice.
• Understanding QA processes and measurement in software development.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze QA processes across development teams.
• Design a standard Way of Working to improve automation.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and platform teams.
• Define metrics and automate data collection for QA maturity.
• Develop dashboards for actionable quality insights.
• Document the solution, including onboarding materials.
• Align with stakeholders on implementation.
