Job summary

ASML’s Customer Support Quality & Excellence team in Veldhoven is seeking an IT/CS internship focused on automation and dashboard development. You will help transform manual data handling into standardized, efficient processes across the QA lifecycle.

The role blends data, process improvement, and automation in a global tech environment. You will work closely with the CS Quality Manager and stakeholders to deliver tangible improvements and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related technical engineering fields.
Experience with Excel automation, including macros and advanced spreadsheet functionality.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze current issue tracking and reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop user-friendly tools to automate manual Excel-based workflows and reduce administrative effort.
Create dashboards and visualizations that provide clear insights into issue status, trends, and cycle times.
Standardize data collection and reporting methods for quarterly quality reviews.
Improve tracking and traceability of corrective actions and solution implementation progress.
Support process documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and test new solutions.
