Job summary

Frencken Europe B.V. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Machining to act as the technical expert for machining, industrialization, and NPI projects in Eindhoven and Reuver.

You translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and production readiness. With 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, you will lead NPI, optimize processes, and drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, cost, delivery, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading NPI and industrialization projects.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and process optimization.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturability assessments and support RFQ activities.
• Act as the technical link between customers and internal teams.
• Lead NPI and industrialization projects from concept to production.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and related documentation.
• Improve production performance in quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Resolve complex manufacturing issues and support engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams.
