Diligent is seeking a QA Analyst to join a cross-functional agile team, contributing across the software testing life cycle from planning to release. You will create regression tests, execute cases, and document defects, with opportunities to use AI tools to boost productivity and test coverage.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably Web applications.
• Experience with bug-tracking systems and version control.
• Knowledge of testing methods and SDLC.
• Analytical mindset with persistence to solve problems.
• Awareness of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).

Responsabilidades

• Understand project requirements and design test scenarios and regression tests.
• Execute test cases, record defects, and track them to resolution.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team throughout the SDLC.
• Leverage AI tools to generate tests and update QA docs automatically.
• Improve QA processes and maintain test coverage.
