Job summary

Studio Automated is a fast-growing scale-up building AI-powered camera tech for world-wide sports productions. You will join a small team of engineers to develop Python back-end software, improve performance and help shape architecture. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Studio Automated is looking for a Python Developer (0–5 years of experience).

What will you do?

At Studio Automated, you will develop back-end software for our in-house AI-powered camera technology, operating at the highest level of sport. You will help build systems that are used worldwide for sports productions.You will join a small, ambitious team of five experienced senior engineers. In total, we are a team of twenty enthusiastic and driven colleagues working together to shape the future of sports broadcasting technology.

• Developing and improving Python back-end software end to end.
• Building reliable, scalable and maintainable software.
• Testing and optimising existing systems.
• Contributing to software architecture and technical solutions.

Who are we looking for?

You have a solid programming foundation and want to continue developing your skills as a software engineer. You don’t need years of professional experience: recent graduates are also encouraged to apply!

What you bring:

• Experience with Python software development.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps or cloud technologies.
