Job summary

Growatt Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Engineer to join our Netherlands team. This role blends remote technical support with frequent on-site service visits to help customers optimize Growatt products.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain solar inverters, collect failure data, report issues to HQ, and document clear work reports. Fluent English is required; Dutch or Mandarin are preferred; willingness to travel within the Netherlands and a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PV Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PV industry experience is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch or Mandarin preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Growatt products across the Netherlands.
• Support customers remotely via phone, email, and communication platforms.
• Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, inverter replacements, maintenance, and customer visits.
• Identify, collect, and report product failures; elevate significant quality issues and work with HQ on product improvements.
• Prepare clear work reports and troubleshooting documentation in line with company standards.
• Learn and support multiple Growatt product series.
