Job summary

Viking in Venlo, part of the RAJA Group, offers an internship in Purchasing & Assortment Operations – Electronics & Supplies. You will support the Office Purchasing & Assortment team, ensuring accurate vendor data and handling daily tasks in a dynamic international environment.

You are a 3rd-year Bachelor student with a keen interest in Category Management, strong Excel skills, and hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 3rd-year Bachelor in International Business, Purchasing, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written) required.
• Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily assortment and vendor queries in ink, toner, labeling, and electronics categories.
• Coordinate product and vendor information, including contracts and tenders.
• Assist onboarding, updating and phasing out products across systems and teams.
