Job summary

Viking, part of the RAJA Group, invites a 3rd-year bachelor student to join as Internship Purchasing & Assortment Operations in Venlo. You will support the Office Purchasing & Assortment team, keep assortment and vendor data accurate, and handle daily operational tasks in electronics and supplies.

The 5–6 month program starts February 2027, offers hands-on experience in category management, vendor communications, and lifecycle activities, with mentorship from experienced colleagues and a 500€

Qualifications

3rd-year Bachelor student in International Business, Purchasing, Marketing or related field.
Interest in Category Management and eagerness to learn.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

Support daily assortment and vendor queries in ink, toner, labeling, and electronics categories.
Assist other category teams within Purchasing & Assortment as needed.
Coordinate collection of product and vendor data, including contracts and tenders.
Update products across systems and coordinate lifecycle activities.
Execute price updates and promotions per established processes.
Prepare reports to support decision making within the team.
