Overview

Sales Support Engineer (English version).

As a Sales Support Engineer, you finalize the technical part of proposals for customers and coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to devise a smart solution for the robot setup in a limited space. You also collaborate with product management to assess potential upgrades, ensuring the proposal is feasible, distinctive, and innovative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize the technical portion of customer proposals and coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
• Assess upgrade feasibility with product management (e.g., crate loader) to ensure the proposal is feasible, distinctive, and innovative.
• Collaborate with project management to incorporate feedback on hours and purchasing prices, update cost estimates, and share updates with sales engineering colleagues.
• Support CPQ tooling status and contribute to up-to-date cost estimation.
• Attend meetings and provide input to improve proposals and estimates.

Qualifications

• HBO bachelor degree (technical background)
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Commercial acumen, team player, and solution-oriented
