Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Project Manager - Single-Use Systems in Hillegom, Netherlands, to lead end-to-end delivery of custom Single-Use hardware projects with cross-functional teams.

You will manage contracts from award through engineering, manufacturing, installation and handover, coordinating R&D, quality, regulatory and commercial functions to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or life sciences projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
• English communication is strong; Dutch is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from contract award through installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Leading engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and implementation activities.
• Proactively managing project risks and scope changes to maximize project success.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating internal stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams.
