Job summary

Boels Rental zoekt een ervaren projectmanager integratie om als centraal punt te fungeren voor integratieactiviteiten. Je stemt mensen, processen en systemen af met focus op operationele efficiëntie en strategische afstemming.

Je coördineert cross-functionele projecten en beheert tijdlijnen, KPI's en resources om een soepele integratie te waarborgen. Nederlandse taalvaardigheid is vereist en ervaring met verandermanagement is een plus.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of vergelijkbare functies.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met cross-functionele projecten en stakeholders op alle niveaus.
• Kennis van bedrijfsprocessen, change management en culturele afstemming.
• Analytisch ingesteld met begrip van IT-systemen en data migratie.
• Verenlang professionele niveau van Nederlands is verplicht.

Responsibilities

• Centraal aanspreekpunt zijn voor integratieactiviteiten binnen Boels.
• Stroomlijnen van mensen, processen en systemen met operationele efficiëntie in gedachten.
• Coördineren van cross-functionele teams (financiën, juridisch, wagenpark, HR en IT).
• Beheer van integratietijdlijnen, actiepunten en KPI's.
• Identificeren van synergieën en wegnemen van inefficiënties tussen systemen en processen.

In this role, you are the central point of contact for all integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.

You will play a key role in ensuring that companies are smoothly integrated into Boels.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, including Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, and IT.
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.
• Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• A strong analytical mindset and understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
• Professional level of Dutch is mandatory.
