Boels Rental in Sittard is seeking a Project Manager M&A and Integration to drive post-acquisition integrations. You align people, processes and systems for operational efficiency and strategic fit, coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT and more.

We value a Bachelor or Master in Business/Finance/IT with 4+ years in PM, plus expertise in process integration, change management, and stakeholder collaboration; Dutch language is mandatory to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.

In this role, you are the central point of contact for all post-acquisition integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.

You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies are smoothly integrated into Boels. You also support the Manager M&A and Integration in due diligence activities, helping to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Develop and execute integration strategies in line with Boels’ operational and strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments (Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT, and more).
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.
• Support due diligence by assessing financial and operational risks and fit.
• Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.
