Job summary

Boels is seeking a role focused on coordinating post-acquisition integration activities, aligning people, processes, and systems for operational efficiency and strategic fit.

You will support due diligence and work with the Manager M&A and Integration to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process, ensuring a smooth integration of acquired companies into Boels.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute integration strategies aligned with Boels’ operational and strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments (Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT, and more).
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption during an integration.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.

• Drive change management efforts and support stakeholders through organizational change.

Job description

In this role, you are the central point of contact for all post-acquisition integration activities within Boels. You align people, processes, and systems, always with operational efficiency and strategic alignment in mind.

You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies are smoothly integrated into Boels. You also support the Manager M&A and Integration in due diligence activities, helping to identify opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.
