About this Role

At Triodos Bank, projects serve as the building blocks of organizational transformation, converting strategic ideas into actionable initiatives and translating strategy into measurable reality. As Project Manager in the Investment Management division, you will lead cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation across the bank. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring that Triodos remains agile, resilient, and steadfast in its mission of sustainable banking. Initially, you will focus on implementing the strategy for Triodos Investment Management (TIM), ensuring its successful delivery and organizational integration. You will work in close collaboration with the Strategic Programme Manager, TIM leadership, Strategy Execution, HR, Risk, and Communications teams to deliver a major organizational transformation. This transformation is designed to strengthen TIM’s commercial effectiveness, enhance its scalability, and ensure its long-term sustainability. Following this initial assignment, you will manage other similar projects within the organization. You will collaborate extensively with teams across the organization to deliver projects on time, within defined scope, and with measurable impact. Your role will position you as the engine of execution for Triodos’ projects, ensuring they deliver real organizational value while remaining aligned with the bank’s core sustainable banking mission.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or sustainability-driven organizations
• Experience within asset management, investment management, wealth management, or broader financial services
• Proven experience delivering organizational redesign, target operating model, and change implementation programmes
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope, with experience in IT, regulatory change, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving mindset, with a bias for action and a track record of removing blockers to keep projects moving forward
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complexity and tailor messages for different audiences from technical teams to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse perspectives
• Professional proficiency of the English language (spoken and written)
• Additional languages are a plus
