Triodos Bank N.V. is seeking a Project Manager in the Investment Management division to drive organizational transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver innovation across the bank.

You will start by implementing the TIM strategy, collaborating with TIM leadership, HR, Risk, and Communications to deliver a major transformation and future projects across the organization. You will coordinate design, governance, and stakeholder engagement while guiding teams to achieve on-time,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or sustainability-driven organizations.
• Experience within asset management, investment management, wealth management, or broader financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across organizational design, HR, communications, processes, systems, and governance.
• Lead and motivate project teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and deliverables to foster a results-driven culture.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, optimizing budget, time, and expertise to meet project objectives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
• Track and report project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and conflicts are resolved.
• Facilitate smooth transitions to operational teams, ensuring project outcomes are sustainably integrated into business-as-usual operations.
• Provide clear, decision-ready updates to sponsors, teams, and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices to enhance Triodos’ project management capabilities and methodologies
