Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Infor LN to lead the implementation of our new Infor LN cloud ERP platform, including integration with other IT systems. In this role, you will ensure a smooth transition from our current systems (XPPS) and processes to the new Infor LN setup, within the agreed time, scope, budget, and defined business processes. If you enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT, and you know how to bring structure, alignment, and momentum to complex projects, this might be your next challenge.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end Infor LN implementation project, from initiation to post go-live support.
2. Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, risks, timelines, budget, and resources.
3. Coordinate internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, BEX, PMO and business teams.
4. Manage external implementation partners, consultants and vendors.
5. Organize and facilitate workshops, requirements sessions and process analyses.
6. Translate business processes into functional Infor LN solutions.
7. Oversee testing, data migration, interfaces and overall solution quality.
8. Drive training, communication and change management across the organization.
9. Report progress, risks and key decision points to the steering committee and management.
10. Ensure a controlled go-live and smooth handover to the support organization.

Your profile

You recognize yourself in the following:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or similar.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in a medium or large manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience with ERP implementations (Infor LN is a strong plus).
4. Experience in change management and process optimization.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills: you can align interests and create ownership.
6. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
7. Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
