Job summary

Zerova Technologies in Amstelveen seeks a highly motivated Project Manager with an electrical background to lead front-end execution for EV charging solutions. You will manage projects from client requirements through design validation, manufacturing coordination, and delivery, ensuring technical, quality, and schedule goals are met.

The role requires commuting to our Amstelveen office daily, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 1–5 years of project management experience in electrical/electronic products, renewable energy, or EV charging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer projects related to EV charging products (AC and DC).
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with R&D and engineering in HQ.
• Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Oversee product configuration, customization, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
• Track progress, generate status reports, and update management and customers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to gather market insights for future development.

Abouttherole:

WeareseekingahighlymotivatedProjectManagerwithastrongengineeringbackground(preferablyelectrical,powersystems,orsimilar)toleadfront-endprojectexecutionforourEVchargingsolutions.Therolewillberesponsibleformanagingprojectsfrominitialclientrequirementsthroughdesignvalidation,manufacturingcoordination,anddelivery,ensuringprojectsmeettechnical,quality,andschedulerequirements.

KeyResponsibilities

• LeadandcoordinatecustomerprojectsrelatedtoEVchargingproducts(ACandDC).
• Actastheprimarypointofcontactbetweencustomers,suppliers,andinternalengineering/productionteams.

• ApplicantsmusthavetherighttoworkintheNetherlands;visasponsorshipisnotavailable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• 1-5 years of project management experience in electrical/electronic products, renewable energy, or EV charging solutions.
• Provenabilitytomanagetechnicalprojectswithmultiplestakeholders.
• Solidunderstandingofelectricalsystems,powerelectronics,andEVchargingtechnologies.
• Familiaritywithindustrystandards(IEC,UL,CE,etc.)andcertificationprocesses.
• Proficiencyinprojectmanagementsoftware(e.g.,MSProject,Primavera,orsimilar).
• Certifications(preferred):PMP,PRINCE2,orequivalentprojectmanagementcertification.
• Strongcommunication,negotiation,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Analyticalmindsetandproblem-solvingability.
• Abilitytothriveinafast-paced,innovativeenvironment.
• Willingnesstotraveloccasionallytocustomermeetings,suppliers,andexhibitions.
• FluentinEnglish
