Job summary

ATS Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager for industrial automation initiatives in the Netherlands. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from planning through delivery, working directly with customers to meet scope, budget, and timelines.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Support and Finance, manage risks and changes, and drive successful testing, documentation and handover while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned industrial automation projects or workstreams independently.
• Own scope, budget, timelines, risks and delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for customers and manage expectations and changes.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Support, Finance and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when needed.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Lead project meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
• Ensure successful testing, documentation and customer handover.

About the Role

This is more than keeping project plans and status reports up to date. You will have real ownership of your projects, work directly with customers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from planning through successful delivery.

• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies

Preferred Skills

• PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile PM or PMP certification is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

Hybrid – Netherlands, with regular travel to the office and customer locations, typically 1–3 days per week depending on project needs. Occasional industrial site visits and flexibility during key phases such as testing and commissioning may be required.
