The role demands a Dutch-qualified lawyer with 10+ years PQE and outstanding leadership, English fluency, and the ability to build a portable practice on a global platform.

Qualifications

• Dutch-qualified lawyer (advocaat) at Partner level with an established project finance practice.
• Typically 10+ years' PQE in project, structured or infrastructure finance with landmark transactions.
• Recognised standing in Dutch and/or international market, ideally with directory recognition.
• Deep sector expertise across energy, renewables and infrastructure with growth vision.
• A portable practice or credibility to build one, plus leadership ability.
• Fluent English; Dutch strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of the firm's project finance practice in the Netherlands, setting strategy and driving growth.
• Advise lenders, sponsors, funds and borrowers on complex project, structured and infrastructure financings.
• Originate and lead high-value transactions across energy, renewables and infrastructure in Dutch and international markets.
• Own and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser at board and senior stakeholder level.
• Spearhead business development and market positioning to raise the practice profile in the region.
• Collaborate with Partners across the global network to deliver cross-border advice and mentor junior lawyers.
