Job summary

LutechResources in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Procurement Manager (PPM) to lead the procurement of equipment, services and materials for fabrication yards. You will supervise the Project Procurement Team and ensure on-site delivery, on time, within budget and with quality aligned to project inspection plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years as Lead Buyer or PPM with Oil & Gas or EPC company.

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive project resource and mobilization plan.
• Produce a project procurement plan.
• Attend Project Progress Meetings to identify procurement scope.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions.
• Ensure POs comply with schedule and budget (or target).
• Liaise to select project procurement strategies and ensure QA/HSE compliance.
