Van Storm Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer to bridge engineering, production, customers, and field teams during HVAC installations for luxury yachts. You’ll influence the lifecycle from design to delivery and may take full project ownership on smaller vessels.
Ideal candidates have a technical mindset, strong planning skills, and enjoy travel to support international projects. The role blends engineering with commercial coordination.
As a Project Engineer, you will be an important link between engineering, production, customers, and colleagues working in the field. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from the design and preparation of HVAC installations for luxury yachts through to inspection and delivery.
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the size and complexity of the vessel. On a large superyacht, you may be responsible for a specific part of the overall project, while on smaller projects you can take responsibility for the complete engineering scope.
You will act as a key point of contact for engineering matters and help ensure that people, materials, technical information, and planning come together at the right moment. The position can also be shaped around your strengths, whether you are more technically or commercially oriented.
You will join an established international engineering organization specializing in technical systems for the maritime industry, with a strong presence in complex shipbuilding projects.
The company combines engineering with practical project execution, giving Project Engineers exposure to the complete lifecycle of maritime installations. You will work closely with technical specialists, production teams, customers, and colleagues in the field.
