Job summary

SysPro Solutions BV invites recent graduates with a BSc/MSc in Engineering to join as Project Engineers. You will design, develop, and manage complex, safety-critical systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver robust solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, system architecture design, V&V leadership, and RAMS studies, with a path towards professional growth in an engineering consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in English and preferably Dutch.
• Knowledge of ILS/LSA methods and relevant safety/regulatory standards (ISO).
• Experience with reliability modeling tools (Reliasoft, Relex) and ECSS/MIL/DEF STAN familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis and management to ensure clear system definitions.
• Design system architectures, interfaces, and integrations.
• Conduct trade-off and risk analysis for optimal design decisions.
• Lead verification and validation (V&V) activities.
• Support system integration and lifecycle management.
• Execute RAMS analyses (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety).
• Contribute to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS/ IPS) activities.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and frameworks.

Your Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing complex and safety-critical systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver robust, reliable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements analysis and management to ensure clear system definitions
• Design system architectures, interfaces, and integrations
• Conduct trade-off and risk analysis for optimal design decisions
• Lead verification & validation (V&V) activities
• Support system integration and lifecycle management
• Execute RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) analyses

These activities are essential to delivering successful system engineering solutions for complex environments.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in English and preferrably Dutch,
• Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methods and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA),
• Skilled in reviewing and improving technical documentation (content, readability, text structure),
• Knowledge of procedures for occupational safety, health and safety, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations (ISO),
• Knowledge of ASD S1000D, S2000M and MIL-STD-1388-2B, ECSS Q Series is a plus,
• Experience with Reliability Prediction tools (e.g. Relex, Reliasoft) and modeling methodologies, and familiarity with ECSS, MIL, or DEF STAN standards is a plus.
