Job summary

Stoneridge in Barneveld, the Netherlands, is seeking a Project Assistant to support an ERP-implementation project. You will work closely with the project manager, key users, consultants and IT specialists to keep the project on track and on schedule.

You will help prepare workshops, document decisions, manage project documentation, support data migration, testing and training, and monitor risks and issues while maintaining clear communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level, preferably in business, IT, administration or project management.
• Affinity with IT projects and business processes (finance, logistics, production, HR).
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Office applications skills.
• Ability to separate main and minor details in a dynamic project environment.
• Good stakeholder communication and ability to connect people.
• Precise, proactive and stress resistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, maintaining and updating the project plan (workshops, data migration, testing, training, go-live).
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with internal stakeholders, key users and external ERP consultants.
• Prepare workshops and meetings, take minutes, record decisions and follow up on action items.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, process descriptions, test scenarios and change requests.
• Assist with data migration activities (data collection, validation, quality checks).
• Track risks, issues and decision logs (RAID).
• Support setup and execution of test phases (SIT/UAT), including test planning and reporting.
• Facilitate training planning and communication to end users.
• Monitor budgets, progress and delivery moments; flag deviations.
• Provide clear and timely communications to the project team and organization.

Over de functie Als Project Assistant binnen een ERP-implementatie speel je een belangrijke rol in het organiseren, ondersteunen en bewaken van het project. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager, key users, consultants en IT-specialisten. Dankzij jouw structuur, communicatieve vaardigheden en affiniteit met bedrijfsprocessen zorg je dat het project soepel verloopt en deadlines worden gehaald.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen bij het opstellen, beheren en actualiseren van de projectplanning (bijv. workshops, datamigratie, testing, training, go-live).
• Coördineren van projectactiviteiten en communiceren met interne stakeholders, key users en externe ERP-consultants.
• Voorbereiden van workshops en meetings, notuleren, vastleggen van beslissingen en opvolgen van actiepunten.
• Beheren van projectdocumentatie, zoals requirements, procesbeschrijvingen, testscenario’s en wijzigingsverzoeken (change requests).
• Ondersteunen bij datamigratieactiviteiten (bijv. dataverzameling, validatie en kwaliteitschecks).
• Bijhouden van risico’s, issues en beslislogboeken (RAID logs).
• Ondersteunen bij de opzet en uitvoering van testfases (SIT/UAT), inclusief planning en rapportage van testresultaten.
• Faciliteren van trainingsplanning en communicatie richting eindgebruikers.
• Bewaken van budgetten, voortgang en oplevermomenten; signaleren van afwijkingen.
• Verzorgen van heldere en tijdige communicaties naar projectteam en organisatie.

Vereisten

• Vereisten MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bedrijfskunde, IT, administratie of projectmanagement.
• Affiniteit met IT-projecten en bedrijfsprocessen (bijv. finance, logistiek, productie, HR).
• Ervaring met projectmanagementtools (bijv. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) is een pré.
• Sterke beheersing van Excel en Office-applicaties.
• Hoofd- en bijzaken kunnen scheiden in een dynamische projectomgeving.
• Goed in stakeholdercommunicatie en in staat om mensen te verbinden.
• Nauwkeurig, proactief en stressbestendig.
