Job summary

APL Logistics seeks a Program Management Specialist to drive process improvements and project delivery for Key Accounts, based in Rotterdam. The role spans development, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with product and origin teams.

You will act as the main customer contact for daily questions, while training internal teams and supporting Sales opportunities. English proficiency is required, Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the development of projects to raise the efficiency of services for Key Accounts and Customer Service.
• Serve as primary customer contact for any daily process related question, problem, or support.
• Establish and ensure excellent customer care: continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting to process owners.
• Own the monitoring of regular KPI calls across origin and destination teams to drive service improvement.
• Support training for internal teams in customer-specific processes as per LP where needed.
• Support KAM in identifying opportunities for process improvement and sales opportunities.
• Manage forecasting and carrier allocation in close cooperation with product teams, origin teams, and customer.

Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Program Management Team in the position of Program Management Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the development of projects, which will enable APLL to raise the efficiency of its services delivered to Key Accounts and Costumer Service.
• Being primary customer contact for any daily process related question, problem, or support
• Establish/ ensure excellent customer care: e.g. continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting these to respective process owner
• Owning the Monitoring of regular KPI calls across origin and destination team to drive continuously service improvement and archive excellent results.
• Support training relevant APLL internal teams in customer specific processes as per LP where needed
• Supporting Key Account Manager (KAM) in identifying opportunities for process improvement and sales opportunities
• Managing Forecasting and carrier Allocation management in close cooperation with product teams, origin teams and customer.

• Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch would be an asset

The typical salary range for this position is: € 39.025 - € 52.000

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
