Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management is hiring a Professional Operational Services professional to support fiduciary management clients and investment teams. You will manage daily operations, improve data quality, and contribute to data-driven innovation on a multi-asset platform.

With 1–2 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, enhance processes, and help ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management, fiduciary management, or consulting is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to switch between tasks.
• Proficiency with AI Agents and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Affinity with process improvement and data quality.
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities such as reconciliation, collateral management and valuation/processing of multi-asset instruments.
• Support annual work for UK clients and client onboarding processes.
• Serve as central link between clients, internal teams, and external parties.
• Improve and automate processes using modern tools, including AI.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client data and documentation.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Professional Operational Services at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management. You will support our Fiduciary Management clients and investment teams by managing operational processes, improving data quality, and contributing to innovation and project-based work within our Solutions & Strategy Services team.

You also have the following tasks:

• Manage daily operational activities such as reconciliation, collateral management and valuation/processing of multi-asset class instruments (incl. Private Equity & Real Estate investments).
• Contribute and be part of the annual work for our UK clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client data and documentation.
• Act as a central link between clients, internal teams, and external parties.
• Improve and automate processes using modern tools, including AI.
• Contribute to client onboardings, transitions and key client discussions.
• Safeguard quality, service, regulatory compliance and client needs.

• a gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €4,250, depending on your knowledge and experience
