Qualifications

• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools.

The company focuses on a mobile-first design approach for a highly relevant target group:

• People aged 30–60 working in non-hospital healthcare settings
• Users with limited or no experience with Microsoft tools
• Users who are accustomed to WhatsApp and visual, intuitive interactions
• Users familiar with ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Users who would benefit from a multilingual voice interface

The candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and collaborating with internal teams to deliver well-rounded solutions, making effective use of AI throughout the design process.

The candidate should also be comfortable working within budget constraints and should be able to demonstrate previous work through a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and objectives of the Product Owner and clients and translate them into attractive, user-friendly products
• Work closely with product managers and other teams, including Sales and Marketing, to establish clear product release plans
• Understand budget constraints and create realistic plans that align with financial guidelines
• Create and test product prototypes, using AI tools where appropriate, before developing the final product
• Adapt and improve designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
