This is what you will do

Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can learn a trade and work in a friendly, small team? As a production worker in the powder coating department in Montfoort, you start mainly with hanging ironworks that need to be blasted. This is physical work, so we are looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. If you already have experience with blasting, that's a big plus, but if you’re motivated and technically minded, you’ll have the chance to learn everything at work. Over time, you can develop further in blasting metal parts, preparing and hanging ironworks, powder coating, and other tasks involved in the coating process. Basic language skills are sufficient for this position – understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate at work.

A typical day starts with checking which parts need to be prepared and hung up for blasting. You work together with about five colleagues in a small, informal team where everyone helps each other. The rhythm is steady but practical, with varied tasks throughout the day. You’ll be moving, lifting, and handling metal pieces, so being physically fit is important. The work environment is clean, organized, and focused on cooperation. Every Friday, the team enjoys lunch together, provided by the company.
