Job summary

Olympia in Waalwijk zoekt een Production Employee voor de Preparation-afdeling. Je werkt met materialen zoals foam, hout en composiet en zet bulkmaterialen om naar op maat gemaakte onderdelen voor sandwich panels. Je werkt met productiebonnen en snijdt en kalibreert volgens de aangegeven afmetingen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig in een team van vier collega’s. De dag biedt vaste uren van maandag tot vrijdag van 07:00 tot 16:00, met drie pauzes, een muziekje tijdens het werk en een 25% overwerktoeslag

Qualifications

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt plezier in teamwork.
• Je kunt productiebonnen lezen of bent bereid dit te leren.
• Je beheerst Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Materialen aanpassen op juist dikte met zagen en calibratieapparatuur.
• Materialen op maat snijden op je eigen werkplek.
• Dikte van materialen kalibreren met een frees-/diktebank.
• Onderdelen labelen volgens de productiebon en werkplek schoonhouden.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you accurate and do you enjoy working with different materials and machines? For our client in Waalwijk, we are looking for a Production Employee for the Preparation Department. Together with a team of four colleagues, you will transform bulk materials into precisely sized components used in the production of custom‑made sandwich panels.

What will you do?

You will work with materials such as foam, wood, and composite. Using production lists, you will cut and calibrate these materials to the required dimensions.

• Adjust materials to the correct thickness using various saws and calibration machines;
• Cut materials to size at your own workstation;
• Calibrate material thickness using a thickness planer;
• Label components according to the production list and sort them onto transport carts;
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

Since every sandwich panel is custom‑made, you will work with different production lists and dimensions every day.
