Job summary

Een grote producent van sandwichpanelen zoekt een Logistics Employee in Waalwijk. Als Logistics Employee speel je een belangrijke rol in het logistieke proces van hoogwaardige, op maat gemaakte sandwichpanelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen en producten op de juiste plaats en tijd beschikbaar zijn. Vereisten zijn onder andere een geldig heftruckcertificaat en goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands of Engels. De functie biedt een uurloon van €16.24 met een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur.

Qualifications

• Jij werkt gestructureerd met aandacht voor orde en veiligheid.
• Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckcertificaat.
• Je bent een echte teamspeler.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van goederen met eenheftruck.
• Ontvangen en assisteren van chauffeurs.
• Inpakken en voorbereiden van eindproducten voor verzending.
• Beheren van interne logistiek tussen magazijn en productie.
• Aanvoeren van grondstoffen naar verschillende productieafdelingen.
• Schoonmaken en organiseren van magazijnen en productiehallen.
• Zorgen voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you a hands‑on worker, do you like working in an organized way, and do you feel at home in a logistics environment? Would you like to be part of one of Europe’s largest producers of custom‑made sandwich panels? Then this position at our client in Waalwijk is perfect for you!

As a Logistics Employee, you play an important role in the logistics process surrounding the production of high‑quality, custom‑made sandwich panels for, among others, the bodywork industry and the defense sector. You ensure that materials, raw materials, and finished products are available at the right place and at the right time.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, in a close‑knit team of colleagues. Order, overview, and safety are central to your daily tasks.

As a Logistics Employee, your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading goods using a forklift
• Receiving and assisting drivers (first point of contact)
• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment
• Managing internal logistics between the warehouse and production departments
• Supplying raw materials to various production departments
• Cleaning and organizing the warehouse and production halls
• Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace

• Hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting wage of €15.88 during the first 4 weeks
• Overtime paid with a 25% bonus for hours worked over 40 hours per week
