You will join a new and technically challenging production environment focused on an innovative product for the treatment of cancer.This is not an established production line that has been running in the same way for decades. You will work in an environment where processes, equipment and working methods are still being further developed and scaled up. This makes the position particularly interesting for someone who does not only want to solve technical issues, but also wants to understand why they occur and how the process can be improved// What will you be doing?As a Production Support Engineer, you ensure that the production equipment remains reliable, safe and available. You will work directly within the production environment and act as one of the technical points of contact when issues arise.Your responsibilities will include:
The activities take place both inside and outside the GMP production environment.// What makes this position unique?You will join at a stage where a new and unique production process is still being further developed. The process used at this location is currently unique within the Netherlands.You will therefore not only work on the equipment, but will also increasingly contribute to how the production process is technically designed, developed and improved// Working in shiftsYou will initially work in a 3-shift system. As production is further scaled up, the organisation will transition to a 5-shift system. This means that not only the production environment will continue to develop, but your role will develop alongside it.// What do you bring?For this position, we are looking for someone with a technical background who works in a structured manner and enjoys getting to the root cause of technical problems.
