Job summary

Lonza Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking a Production Support Associate to secure GMP manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment. You will prepare, transport, and verify materials for production, and support daily manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

This site-based role offers collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Supply Chain, with a focus on detail, hands-on work, and clear pathways for growth in pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing.

• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures accurately and consistently.
• Work closely with Manufacturing teams and supporting departments to maintain efficient production schedules.
• Identify, report, and support the resolution of process deviations or operational issues.

Geleen, Netherlands. Join Lonza's manufacturing team in Geleen and help support the production of life-changing medicines. In this hands-on role, you will work in a GMP cleanroom environment, ensuring materials, equipment, and production areas are prepared so manufacturing activities can be carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Compensation

The full-time annual base pay for this position in the Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 32,250 and EUR 45,150. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What we are looking for

• MBO qualification or equivalent practical education in a technical, logistics, production, or scientific field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, cleanroom operations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
