Job summary

Lonza Geleen site in the Netherlands seeks a Production Support Associate for a fixed term contract in a GMP cleanroom environment. You will prepare materials, support daily manufacturing, and ensure equipment and areas are ready for production with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

The role requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain, with emphasis on safety and compliance. Dutch regulations and Lonza's processes guide daily activities.

Qualifications

• MBO qualification or equivalent practical education in a technical, logistics, production, or scientific field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, cleanroom operations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing activities within a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Prepare, transport, and verify materials required for production processes.
• Perform cleanroom support activities, including cleaning, area preparation, and material handling.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure production areas and equipment are ready for manufacturing operations.

Production Support Associate - Fixed Term Contract

The actual location of this job is in Geleen, Netherlands.

Join Lonza's manufacturing team in Geleen and help support the production of life-changing medicines. In this hands-on role, you will work in a GMP cleanroom environment, ensuring materials, equipment, and production areas are prepared so manufacturing activities can be carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in the Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 32,250 and EUR 45,150. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
