Unique in Aalsmeer zoekt een productie medewerker bloemen om boeketten te maken volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt in een gestructureerde en vriendelijke teamomgeving en hebt ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.

Taken omvatten sorteren en verzorgen van bloemen, boeketten assembleren, controleren van eindproduct en een schone werkplek houden. Loon ligt tussen 2.271 en 2.422 euro bruto per maand bij fulltime werk. Contract: fulltime, mogelijk vast.

Qualifications

• Detailgerichte teamspeler met passie voor bloemenvakken.
• Ervaring in bloemdesign of sterke interesse.
• Snel en nauwkeurig kunnen werken onder druk.
• Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
• Fysieke werkzaamheden kunnen uitvoeren.

As a productionworker, you’ll produce bouquets that meet the highest standards of quality. • Sorting and caring for flowers to ensure they remain fresh and vibrant.
• Assembling bouquets efficiently on the production line with attention to detail.
• Inspecting finished arrangements to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Collaborating with team members to foster a positive and productive atmosphere.
