Qualifications

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in shift supervisie binnen een productieomgeving.
• Proficient in Engels; Nederlands, Duits of Pools is een groot pluspunt.
• Ervaring in een FMCG-omgeving is een sterke pre.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van dagelijkse startup meetings met focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleden.
• Samenwerken met onderhouds- en kwaliteitsafdelingen.

We are hiring for 5 Shift Supervisors to join us at Vistaprint!

At Vistaprint Venlo, we aren't just running machines; we are crafting quality and delivering excellence. We are looking for 5 Shift Production Supervisor who knows how to lead a team, optimize processes, and champion safety.

What You Will Do

• You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the Shift: Drive daily start-up meetings centered on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity) to keep your team aligned.
• Coach & Develop: Empower your team members, providing the feedback and training they need to excel.
• Solve Problems: Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate: Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized, safe, and efficient.

Nice to Have

• A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO+ level or equivalent)
• Practical experience in Operations Management and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Dutch and/or German language
