Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with an international manufacturing and distribution organisation near Utrecht to recruit a production planning specialist. You will plan production schedules, monitor inventories and liaise with procurement to ensure timely material supply.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills and a passion for data-driven improvements. A hybrid work model and career progression in Supply Chain are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong interest in production planning, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised, accurate and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to take initiative.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage but are not required.
