Job summary

Head Staffing is hiring Production Operators in Culemborg and Almere. Starting pay ranges from €16.31 to €17.19 gross per hour, with shift allowances. Direct Phase C permanent contract from day one and guaranteed hours are offered.

Housing support is provided (double rooms). 25 vacation days plus holiday allowance and continuous aftercare during training are part of the package. You must have 2+ years in production and be able to work night shifts in a 6°C cooler environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment with machines.
• Good English (B1–B2) or Dutch language skills.
• Ability to work night shifts in a cooler environment around 6°C.
• Local transport needed if you have private accommodation.
• Valid EU citizenship or Dutch work permit required.

• Health & Environment: Good physical health conditions that allow you to work night shifts and comfortably handle a cooler work environment around 6°C.
• Logistics: Local transport is needed just if you have your private accommodation
• Legal: Valid EU citizenship or a Dutch work permit is mandatory.
