Job summary

Perflexxion is seeking an Operator to help maintain smooth production at their Udenhout site in the Netherlands. You will ensure machines operate reliably, perform quality checks, and contribute ideas to improve processes within a two-shift system.

You should have operator experience, an interest in technology, and be reliable and proactive. Dutch or English communication is required. The role offers a family-like environment and opportunities to grow with the team.

What you can expect from us

• A salary of €2,800 to €3,300 gross per month
• Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
• Travel allowance from the first kilometer, even if you come by bike

What you're going to do

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You ensure that machines continue to operate, solve minor issues and actively contribute ideas to improve the production process. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you help create high-quality products together with your team.

• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organized
• Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
• Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting products up to 20 kg
• Monitoring the production process and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Solving minor machine issues and ensuring production keeps running

You will work in a two-shift system, where every day brings new challenges and teamwork is key to achieving great results.
