Job summary

M@tchm@kers International is looking for a Production Operator for 2 shifts in the Netherlands. You will operate and monitor production machines, handle materials with an electric forklift, and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires at least 1 year in a technical production setting, a forklift certificate is mandatory or willing to obtain one, and a basic VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one. Growth opportunities exist within a modern technical plant.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical production environment.
• Affinity with technology and production installations.
• Basic VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Motivated to further develop technical skills and professional experience.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Comfortable working with production machinery and an electric forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machines and installations.
• Monitoring the production process and product quality.
• Moving goods, products and pallets using an electric forklift.
• Performing first-line maintenance.
• Resolving simple technical breakdowns.
• Identifying deviations in the production process.
• Informing the All-round Operator or Team Leader when additional support is required.
• Working according to all applicable safety regulations.
• Contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
