Vacatures.com in Lelystad zoekt een Production Operator om het productieproces te ondersteunen. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines goed draaien en dat productie volgens planning verloopt. Je voert eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles uit, verhelpt kleine storingen en werkt in een hecht team in een 3-ploegendienst. Qualifications

• Vereiste: ervaring als Production Operator, Machine Operator, Machine Technician of Production Worker
• Goede beheersing Engels
• Bereidheid om fulltime in een 3-shift rooster te werken
• Eigen vervoer naar Lelystad
• Fysiek in goede conditie en geen bezwaar tegen lang staan

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van productie-machines
• Machines wisselen en afstellen tussen productieruns
• Kwaliteitscontrole van producten uitvoeren
• Kleine technische problemen signaleren en oplossen
• Machines schoonmaken en onderhouden
• Productiegegevens, storingen en oplossingslijnen registreren
• Mee denken over procesverbeteringen
• Samenwerking met collega's om productie op schema te houden

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines are running properly and that production continues according to schedule.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Operating and setting up production machines;
• Changing and adjusting machines between different production runs;
• Performing quality checks on the products;
• Identifying and solving minor technical issues;
• Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
• Recording production data, malfunctions and solutions;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly. You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00 The factory operates from Sunday evening until Friday evening.

• €3390-€4220 gross per month, including a 19.5% shift allowance;

Functie-eisen

• Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Machine Technician or Production Worker;
• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage;
• At least MBO 1/2 working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience;
• Technical experience and an interest in machinery;
• Good command of the English language;
• Willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule;
• Your own transport to reach our location in Lelystad;
• A good physical condition and no problem with standing for longer periods.
