Intersnack zoekt een productiemedewerker voor onze productieomgeving in Lelystad. Uip naast het waarborgen van een soepele werking van de machines werkt u aan kwaliteitscontrole en continue verbetering van processen.

De rol vereist ervaring met productie, capaciteit voor een 3-ploegendienst en een sterke inzet voor teamwork. Arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn een 40-urige werkweek, met mogelijkheid tot vaste aanstelling en reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als Production Operator of vergelijkbare rol is gewenst.
• Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie heeft een sterke meerwaarde.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines.
• Wijzigen en afstellen van machines tussen productie-edities.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op producten.
• Kleine technische problemen herkennen en oplossen.
• Machines reinigen en onderhouden.
• Productiegegevens, storingen en oplossingen registreren.
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.
• Nauw samenwerken met collega’s om productie draaiende te houden.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Operator, you are an important part of the production process. You make sure the machines are running properly and that production continues according to schedule.

• Operating and setting up production machines;
• Changing and adjusting machines between different production runs;
• Performing quality checks on the products;
• Identifying and solving minor technical issues;
• Cleaning and maintaining the machines;
• Recording production data, malfunctions and solutions;
• Thinking along about improvements to the production process;
• Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.

You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

The factory operates from Sunday evening until Friday evening.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with machines and already has experience in a production environment. You preferably have:

• Experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Machine Technician or Production Worker;
• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage;
• At least MBO 1/2 working and thinking level or equivalent practical experience;
• Technical experience and an interest in machinery;
• Good command of the English language;
• Willingness to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule;
• Your own transport to reach our location in Lelystad;
• A good physical condition and no problem with standing for longer periods.
